El tipo de biotopo “Off Shore” (ultramar) es un h\u00e1bitat extremo, porque forma la l\u00ednea fronteriza entre el arrecife y el oc\u00e9ano abierto. Aqu\u00ed, hermosos corales Acropora con forma de mesa viven en plena corriente, justo debajo de las olas que rompen. El agua de los arrecifes exteriores est\u00e1 lejos de las costas, es pobre en nutrientes, m\u00e1s fr\u00eda y clara que en el arrecife interior.<\/p>

El cuidado de los corales de crecimiento r\u00e1pido de la zona exterior del arrecife es complejo y exigente. Por lo tanto, s\u00f3lo debe iniciarse con cierta experiencia en el mantenimiento de arrecifes. Los bajos niveles de nutrientes y el ajuste preciso de las concentraciones de oligoelementos y elementos en masa, as\u00ed como el tratamiento del agua, son cuestiones importantes aqu\u00ed.<\/p>

Los animales de alta mar no est\u00e1n acostumbrados a grandes cambios en los par\u00e1metros del agua y las concentraciones de nutrientes y necesitan estabilidad.<\/p>

La especial coloraci\u00f3n de los SPS de la zona exterior del arrecife es consecuencia de las aguas pobres en nutrientes y claras. Los corales reciben todo el espectro de radiaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica, pero tambi\u00e9n el flujo de agua no disminuido de las rompientes, que azotan el borde del arrecife. La biodiversidad en los arrecifes exteriores es menor y est\u00e1 determinada principalmente por los SPS y los corales con crecimiento incrustante. La espuma del agua en la superficie del mar revela el borde exterior del arrecife. Aqu\u00ed es donde viven los corales SPS, especialmente exigentes en cuanto a luz, que pueden tolerar incluso las corrientes de agua m\u00e1s fuertes y la potente radiaci\u00f3n UV, como es el caso del tipo de biotopo Arrecife de alta mar.<\/p>

Para ello, los corales necesitan la mejor calidad y corriente del agua, una iluminaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima, bajas concentraciones de nutrientes y un suministro de todos los elementos necesarios. Le recompensan con un estallido de colores vibrantes que no tiene parang\u00f3n en el arrecife de coral.<\/p>

Los tonos azules met\u00e1licos, el violeta intenso y el verde fluorescente son las piedras angulares de esta comunidad de vida, y el crecimiento en forma de mesa de los acrop\u00f3ridos hace que el coraz\u00f3n de todo amigo del coral duro lata m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Tambi\u00e9n crecen aqu\u00ed otros corales SPS de r\u00e1pido crecimiento como Seriatopora, Stylophora o Pocillopora, o corales Montipora de todos los colores y formas de crecimiento.<\/p>

Los peces cirujanos, los anthias y las an\u00e9monas se sienten como en casa, al igual que los coloridos l\u00e1bridos y los peces \u00e1ngel de la familia Centropyge, que encuentran numerosos escondites entre los corales.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
